COMING SOON!!

We are very excited to announce we are going to provide a brand new service for all of our customers - private labelling!

We have designed and tested over 50 styles that we have developed in-house. Which all of our customers can pick from and use in their own collections. You can pick which fabric and colour you want, as well as colour of the rings/ sliders and we will manufacture it for you, all Made in London as usual.

We're really happy to provide private labelling as it allows brand new brands to start up their own swimwear label. Majority of start up swimwear brands who normally purchase private label garments are purchasing from swimwear manufacturers overseas such as Bali.  Many of the brands we now work with have manufactured in Bali or other oversea countries before working with us. The reason for this, is that they want to manufacturer close to their home, as they are based in the UK or Europe, so they reach out to us. As we are manufacturing in London, our customers are able to cut their CO2 emissions by more than half. Swimwear manufacturers in Bali for example are importing their fabric from Italy, which is 7,376 miles away. Where as it is only 600 miles from Italy to us in London.

We as a company we have always believed having a lower carbon footprint is incredibly important when manufacturing clothes because the clothing industry has and is still causing a lot of devastating affects on the environment, therefore it is so important to us to do our very best in reducing our carbon footprint and follow eco friendly methods of manufacturing.

Beach Time, PRIVATE LABELLING SWIMWEAR MADE IN LONDON

After crunching the figures of swimwear manufactured in Bali, we have worked out that once import fees, handling fees and shipping fees were included in the prices, it is more cheaper to manufacture in London than manufacturing in Bali or overseas for brands based in the UK and Europe. But it is also more worthwhile paying, as sewing machinists in Bali are paid 9 times lower than the average sewing machinist in London sewing swimwear, but prices to manufacture in Bali are very similar to manufacturing prices in London.

Our new private labelling collection is great for new brands where budgets are smaller because customers do not need to pay for the development costs like patterns or grading. All you have to do is pick which styles you like from our catalogue and then we make a sample for you in the fabric of your choice, then the next step will be bulk manufacturing.

We have developed all of the patterns and grading in-house, in sizes from XXS - XXL. We are then going to release a full range of plus size and kids swimwear as well later this year. We are also developing a beach wear range too which will be available early next year. Styles like coverups and shirts and sarongs etc. will be part of our private labelling service.

BENEFITS OF PRIVATE LABELLING:

  • NO DEVELOPMENT COSTS SUCH AS GRADING OR PATTERN CUTTING  (YOU ONLY PAY FOR A SAMPLE)

  • GREAT FOR SMALLER BUDGETS

  • YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE STYLE LOOKS LIKE BEFORE PAYING FOR A SAMPLE AS WE WILL HAVE A CATALOGUE OF ALL AVAILABLE STYLES PICTURED ON A MODEL

  • QUICKER: AVOID DEVELOPMENT AND GRADING TIME SO YOU CAN GET YOUR PRODUCTION MANUFACTURED FASTER

  • YOU CAN STILL MIX PRIVATE LABELLING STYLES WITH CUSTOM STYLES THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED TOO
