We consider a bikini top as 1 style, a bikini bottom as 1 style and a one piece swimsuit as 1 style.
You can split the MOQ between various sizes and colour ways
If you want to order less than 500 units, there is a surcharge of £500.

DEVELOPING YOUR STYLES
At Swimwear Manufacturers we develop all of your styles at our London based studio. We make all patterns, toiles in London. Once the toiles are made, we can do a garment fitting with you and make necessary changes to the patterns to ensure the fit of the styles are perfect! Once the samples are complete, again you will be asked to come to our studio to try them on in the final fabrics. Grading is also done in-house. We can grade your patterns to different size charts so please let us know if you have a specific size chart that you want to work to. Alternatively we have our own size grade rules that we can use. Production is also done in London, we do not outsource our productions.
We can make your swimwear styles using different finishings, you can let us know if you have any specific finishing that you require. We can always recommend which finishings we think will work best. Here are some finishings we can use: overstitch, zig-zag, binding or bagged out. Bagging out seams are our favourite swimwear finishings as its a clean and super neat finishing. It also less irritating as the stitches are inside of the garment!

WHAT WE DO FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT?
We also make a donation to some amazing non-profit organisations that care for the planet and make changes to help protect our planet for future generations. We make a small donation for every garment we make at production.
We have invested in a new system that allows us to reduce our paper usage when we make our patterns as it prints and cuts our patterns in the most economic way possible.
We have installed more economic motors into our industrial sewing machines and installed LED lighting fixtures to reduce our CO2 emissions.
